A NIGHT TO REMEMBER AND REFLECT
Colleagues were recognised as we gathered to celebrate the best of our business

Every day, ARL colleagues perform wonders to keep operations running smoothly.
There are some individuals and teams however, who colleagues think deserve a bit of extra recognition – these are our Shining Stars.
This year’s awards ceremony was held at the Regent’s Park Marriott Hotel on 8 September. Of course, that date proved momentous for very different reasons, as just moments before the ceremony began, we received the sad news of the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Paul Hutchings, managing director, said a few words and we had a moment’s silence to reflect on the announcement, before proceeding to recognise our colleagues who have delivered the very best in terms of customer service, leadership, teamwork, safety and more.
Congratulations to all our winners and runners up…
