What is CHARM?

CHARM App is a new tool for our customer experience colleagues to assist with on the spot complaint resolution and surprise and delight customers.

CHARM is a tool that can be used at your discretion. It doesn't always have to be used in a negative situation, it can also be used to provide a random act of kindness to a customer.

• CHARM is simple to use and can be used on station phones
• All ARL customer facing teams should have their individual log ins by now - if you do not, please contact the IT Help Desk
• Some of our peer trainers can also assist with further briefings or assistance required
