Empowering our Colleagues to support Customers
Within the extension we are advocating for growing the number of directly employed frontline colleagues in conversations with TfL.
Station of the Future
We aim to develop an innovation station which can test and assist defining how we want the station of the future to function considering what aspirational assets we would like to have at station and evaluate their impact on our customers and colleagues.
Innovation Trials
Test and innovate on trials such a Push to Talk and Help Points ensuring we keep the customer at the heart of what Arriva Rail London are all about.
