Crime, Security & Revenue Recovery Programme
Through delivery of recovery plans, introduction of SSEOs and partnership across industry partners we will drive down ticketless travel

FM Improvement Plan
Review the current FM delivery model and seek to implement improvements and drive effective FM delivery within hard, soft, and waste management service operations across the ARL portfolio.

CCTV Review and Proposal
We are completing a review into the hardware and software of our CCTV network across stations to create a proposal to be made for investment to RfL.

LED Lighting
Renewal of lighting of all platforms on public areas on the Mildmay and Windrush Lines.

Extension Aims & RfL Commitments

  • Deliver the revenue protection, trespass and security
    strategies that address a rise in fare evasion and antisocial
    behaviour that protects TfL revenue ensuring a
    safe and secure network.
  • Drive effective changes to the FM delivery model which
    add value, optimise asset operational performance,
    provide safety assurance, and endeavour to deliver
    the best possible environment for our colleagues and
    customers.
  • Successfully deliver Building and Station infrastructure
    projects which demonstrate Arriva Rail London’s
    capability as a preferred rail operator for TfL
