UPDATE OF MANUAL SUB BOARDS (COPY)

  1. Manual SUB-Boards will be updated at your stations when the signage is unveiled
  2. Magnets: By now, you should have received a supply of new LO SUB magnets, please use these to replace your current magnets like for like from start of service on Monday 25 November:
  • Good service SUB magnetic strip (2297mm x 50mm) white
  • Minor delays SUB magnetic strip (297mm x 50mm) light blue
  • Part closure SUB magnetic strip (297mm x 50mm) dark blue
  • Suspended SUB magnetic strip (297mm x 50mm) dark blue
  • Part suspended SUB magnetic strip (297mm x 50mm) dark blue 

The following LO SUB Magnets have not been updated, you should retain and continue using your current magnets: 

  • Severe delays SUB magnetic strip (284mm x 55mm) red
  • Service closed SUB magnetic strip (284mm x 55mm) white
  • Reduced service SUB magnetic strip (284mm x 55mm) white
  • Planned closure SUB magnetic strip (284mm x 55mm) dark blue3

How to update the manual sub-boards

The manual ESUBs will show each line on the Overground network with frontline colleagues adding the correct magnet next to the line and then writing the exact location of disruption in the ‘Additional information’ box.
