Hatch End station team
Award for Charity
The Hatch End station team has been shortlisted in recognition of their work raising funds for a number of charities, including the British Heart Foundation, St Luke’s Hospice, and the Railway Benefit Fund. The team host community days at the station to raise money for charity and run the annual Poppy Appeal campaign, selling poppy-themed badges to staff across the network.
Peter Jackson
Graduate or Newcomer Award
Peter Jackson has been shortlisted in recognition of his work developing several simple and cost effective solutions to regular customer pain points. Peter has worked with suppliers to develop and embed technical training and procedures that allow frontline staff to manage address failures, which has improved skills and enhanced the overall customer experience.
Milena Swieboda
Health and Wellbeing Award
Milena Swieboda has been shortlisted in recognition of her work delivering a comprehensive health and wellbeing programme. This has included an online wellbeing hub, a team of Mental Health Supporters, a number of health and wellbeing initiatives (such as online yoga) and working with the Samaritans to support our suicide prevention programme.
