Rail Wellbeing Live (RWL) is a one-of-a-kind event representing the largest health and wellbeing movement in the rail industry's history, designed specifically to unite thousands of individuals committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of everyone who works in rail.

Katie Piper OBE: RWL welcomes Katie Piper, a best-selling author and inspirational speaker. Renowned for her documentary Katie: My Beautiful Face, Katie founded The Katie Piper Foundation, helping burn survivors reconnect with their lives. As a regular panellist on Loose Women and host of her own ITV1 show, she shares her powerful story to inspire others.

Ollie Ollerton: A former Royal Marine and SAS Special Forces veteran, Ollie served in high-stakes missions, honing exceptional skills in resilience and leadership. As a founding member of SAS: Who Dares Wins, he brought special forces training to the mainstream, emphasising the power of mental and physical strength. Now, as CEO of BREAK-POINT, Ollie inspires individuals and organisations to overcome limiting beliefs and achieve peak performance.

George Hamlyn: With a background in Business Psychology, George focuses on trauma response, peer support, and mental health initiatives within the rail industry. As the TRiM (trauma risk management) coordinator and wellbeing peer support lead at TfL, he delivers masterclass workshops to enhance mental health awareness among line managers.
Magdalena Wronska: Dr. Magdalena Wronska is the wellbeing services lead for TfL. In her role, she designs and implements comprehensive wellbeing strategies while overseeing various initiatives across TfL. With a PhD focused on workplace health in blue-collar industries, Magdalena previously served as a health and wellbeing specialist at RSSB, contributing to pivotal projects like the Healthy Culture Framework. As chair of the Health and Wellbeing Action Group, she promotes evidence-based practices for managing health issues in the rail industry.
